Fresh Herb Penne with Chicken and Tomatoes

My Mom gave me this recipe. I can't wait to try it!! :)
Fresh Herb Penne with Chicken and Tomatoes


16 oz (1 pkg) Mueller’s Penne
2 T extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 tsp dried basil
2 chicken breasts, cut in strips
Sprinkle part skim mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper

Cook and drain Penne according to directions
Heat 1 T olive oil in skillet and add garlic, cook 1 min.
Add tomatoes and basil and uncooked chicken.
Simmer 10 minutes till chicken is done.
Toss with pasta, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
Season to taste with salt and pepper

According to the recipe the whole box makes 8 servings. Half would be 4 servings.
One serving is 6 points.
